Do I need sunscreen?

Absolutely—especially when treating discoloration or using actives like retinol or AHAs. We strongly recommend SPF 50+ daily.

Can pregnant or breastfeeding individuals use your products?

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider.
Some active ingredients—like retinol or strong acids—are not recommended during pregnancy.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States and select international destinations.

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–4 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days
    International orders vary (7–21 business days).

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier. If it still cannot be located, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for full details.

How do I request a return?

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.

Are shipping fees refundable?

No. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your product arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Contact us within 7 days with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • Your order number

We’ll replace it at no cost.
