At KemetSkin, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return terms below.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a refund, products must be:

Opened, used, or partially used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our support team at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) if eligible.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Ensuring the product is securely packaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. KemetSkin is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

  • Products are opened

  • Products are used or damaged

  • Packaging is missing or altered

  • Items are returned outside the 30-day window

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items not purchased from our website

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or promotional items

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unopened product and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photo of the packaging

We will send a replacement at no cost.

8. EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

If you reside in the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right:

  • Items must remain unopened and unused

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product

Refunds are processed in accordance with EU regulations.
