1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Order weight
Destination
Carrier rates
We currently ship through:
USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Domestic)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier workload, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. When available, the details will appear on our homepage or during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Missing apartment/suite number
Unclaimed package
You may be responsible for additional reshipment fees.
We cannot refund shipping costs for orders returned due to address errors.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, KemetSkin is not responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Delays caused by carriers
If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
We are happy to assist in initiating a claim where possible.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the United States.
International orders may be subject to:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Brokerage fees
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Delivery times can range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
KemetSkin is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
Customs policies vary widely by country; please check with your local customs office before ordering.
If a package is refused due to customs charges, we cannot issue a refund for shipping costs.
9. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and photos of the damage
We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
10. Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items
If an item becomes out of stock after purchase:
We will notify you by email
You may choose a refund, replacement, or wait for restock
Backordered items may ship separately.
